Listings

Businesses listed on Fence Advisors are independent companies. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any listed contractor or supplier. Users should independently verify credentials, licensing, and insurance before hiring any company found through our directory.

Memberships and Billing

Listed, Professional, and Market Leader memberships are recurring paid services. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Contact us from the email address used at checkout before the next renewal date to cancel or update billing. Canceling stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current billing period, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Payment creates access to the profile features described for the selected membership. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee publication, purchase a positive review, or grant eligibility for an editorial award. We may reject or remove inaccurate, deceptive, ineligible, or policy-violating profiles.

Intellectual Property

All content on Fence Advisors — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Fence Advisors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Fence Advisors is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with companies listed on the Site. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Changes
